Luke Finn, Remote Client, Improved Velocity From 88 To 94 MPH
Hear what Luke has to say about training with ATP, “Starting remote training was the best decision I’ve made in the last few years regarding my training. I had been following free content and doing reverse lunges, and my velo was going up, but slowly. In the 12 weeks since I signed up, my run and gun had gone from a 88 to 94 (only got my 93 on video, though). The beauty in it is there is absolutely zero guessing in the gym so at that point, it isn’t up to me to force change but just being consistent and knowing I will progress because of it.”
