At 6’2” 240lbs Andrew only topped out at 84mph with sub-par mechanics. The first thing we looked at was his mobility and relative strength as it relates to performance on the field. Andrew started with the ATP team in May. He’s now topping at 88 on the mound. Here is how we use the 90 mph formula to assess and progress our athletes in the gym and on the mound.
