I had been following free content and doing reverse lunges, and my velo was going up, but slowly. In the 12 weeks since I signed up, my run and gun had gone from a 88 to 94 (only got my 93 on video, though). The beauty in it is there is absolutely zero guessing in the gym so at that point, it isn’t up to me to force change but just being consistent and knowing I will progress because of it.”
